Incisive Realty, LLC is a locally and independently owned real estate brokerage in Ocoee, Florida. Brandin Johnson is the licensed Florida real estate broker behind it. He helps people buy and sell homes across Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Polk, and Volusia counties, plus South Ocala.

Brandin works with first-time buyers, families moving up, new construction buyers, and investors buying duplexes and rentals.
