Prices and fees
As of fall 2026, D.R. Horton's townhomes were listed starting in the mid-$250s, which makes this one of the more affordable new options near the Orlando side of Polk County. Availability has been limited, so call me to find out what's open. This community has a CDD, listed at around $215 a month, plus an HOA that covers exterior maintenance of the townhomes. Make sure both are in your budget. I'll confirm the current amounts for you.
