- Some plans have a multi-generational layout with an in-law suite, and some have a flex room
- Features like 9'4" first-floor ceilings, tile in the main living areas, stainless steel appliances, natural gas, a tankless water heater, and a smart home package
- Some plans offer 3-car garages, and a limited number of homesites back up to conservation areas
- A new home warranty from the builder
Fees
Oakstone Farms has no CDD fees. A lot of newer Central Florida communities charge them, so that can save you real money every year. Ask me about the current HOA dues before you sign, so you know your full monthly cost.
Prices
As of fall 2026, move-in-ready homes here were listed in the mid-$300s. Prices and builder incentives change often, so call me for what's available right now and any current deals.

- About 5.5 miles from downtown Leesburg and about 13 miles from Mount Dora
