Tohoqua: New Homes by Pulte Between Kissimmee and St. Cloud
Tohoqua is a large master-planned community in Osceola County, between Kissimmee and St. Cloud, near Lake Tohopekaliga. Homes here have Kissimmee mailing addresses. I helped a buyer purchase a new Pulte home in Tohoqua in 2026, so I know the floor plans and how Pulte's process works.
Thinking about visiting? Call or text me at 407-212-7381 before you go, so I can come with you or register you. Builders usually only let you use your own agent if they're with you, or registered, from your first visit. Having me usually costs you nothing extra.
The homes
- Pulte builds single-family homes, townhomes, and smaller bungalow-style homes here
- Homes range from about 1,550 to 3,570 square feet
- Townhomes are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths; single-family plans run from 3 to 5 bedrooms
- Several home series, so there's a range of sizes and price points in one community
Prices and fees
As of fall 2026, Pulte's townhomes here started in the low $310s, and single-family homes were listed from the high $400s into the $500s. Pulte has been offering savings on some homes, so ask me what's available. The builder's payment estimates don't include HOA dues, so ask me for the current HOA and any CDD before you sign, so you know your full monthly cost.
